The last will and testament of Arcturas Dawnrunner

As was revealed at this afternoon's meeting, the will of Arcturas has been found. Here is the entire text. ICly, there are copies of the will available in the archives.

Quote :

I, Arcturas Flareion Dawnrunner, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former testamentary papers by me at any time heretofore made.

First -- It is my will and desire that all my just debts should be paid out of any money that I may have at my death or property sold for that purpose as my Executrix hereinafter named may think best.

Second -- My body I resign to the earth from whence it was taken to be decently buried by my Executrix in the family graveyard in Eversong Woods, Quel'Thalas.

Third -- From my estate a sum of five thousand gold coins shall be taken and donated to the Royal Treasury and the Forsaken War Effort. Should the aforementioned sum be larger than the total worth of the estate at the time of my death, a sum equaling one tenth of the estate's worth shall instead be taken out and donated as described.

Fourth -- I leave unto the daughter of my sister Nacrisha Caliel Dawnrunner, Jayantheney Dawnrunner, all the remainder of my personal estate as long as she exists in life or undeath and, at her permanent death, my will and desire is that all be sold and the money arising from the sale be equally divided between her children, biological or adopted, to them and their heirs forever.

Fifth -- To my niece Jayantheney Dawnrunner I also leave my post and my title as Dark Lord and leader of the House of Sylvanas, for her to continue my work in practise and in spirit for as long as she so wishes.

Sixth -- I hereby nominate and appoint Jayantheney Dawnrunner Executrix of this my last will and testament, with full power to execute the same according to its true and intended meaning and having perfect confidence in her judgement and integrity, I direct that she shall not be required to give security on her bond. And if she should predecease us or for any reason fail to act, we nominate and appoint Saint Desdimone as Executrix in her place.

In Witness Whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal to this my last will and testament.
